🎯 The challenge
Colosseum Dental Group wanted to find an inspiring and accessible way to get their people moving, regardless of location or role. The goal was ambitious: to log 1.25 million kilometres together, while supporting local charities like the To Walk Again Foundation.
With KeepMoving, we launched a fully tailored, year-round hybrid challenge. Every step, ride, run, or lunchtime walk counted. Through our engaging digital platform, employees tracked their activities, celebrated progress, and motivated one another across borders.
On top of this, 59 specially selected wellbeing ambassadors trained for an iconic highlight: the ascent of Alpe d’Huez by bike or on foot, symbolising the collective journey of all employees.

Move4Good demonstrated just how powerful a hybrid movement challenge can be. The results speak for themselves:
• 83% of participants reported improved physical health
• 81% experienced a boost in mental wellbeing
• 78% said their productivity increased
