Het genereerde ook een leuke dynamiek in de teams die hun resultaten en anekdotes deelden. Deze casestudy neemt de <strong>CBU Energy Boost<\/strong> voor hun <strong>Consumer Business Unit<\/strong> (CBU) onder de loep die in maart &#8217;21 werd georganiseerd.<\/p>\n\n<p>Medewerkers van CBU ontvingen een unieke code om hun uitdaging op het platform te ontgrendelen. Ze koppelden hun sport app of wearable (bv. Strava) aan het platform om hun activiteiten automatisch te synchroniseren op een feilloze manier. Hun doel was om <strong>samen met een team van 6 personen 2.021 minuten aan sportactiviteiten te verzamelen van maandag 1<sup>ste<\/sup>maart tot en met zondag 28<sup>ste<\/sup> maart.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>Deelnemers konden wandelen, lopen, fietsen, zwemmen of andere soorten sportactiviteiten doen om hun teamdoel te bereiken. Maar het allerbelangrijkste was dat we hen uitdaagden om <strong>samen te werken om hun doel te bereiken<\/strong>. Tijdens de challenge kregen ze <strong>real-time updates over hun voortgang via leader boards<\/strong>en inzichten op het platform. Elk team registreerde <strong>gemiddeld 4.500 sportminuten<\/strong> tijdens de uitdaging.
