Ils ont connect\u00e9 leur application sport ou appareil connect\u00e9 (ex : Strava) \u00e0 la plateforme afin d\u2019automatiquement synchroniser leurs activit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re transparente.<\/p>\n\n<p>Ils \u00e9taient ambitieux et voulaient accumuler <strong>2.000.000 kilom\u00e8tres tous ensemble<\/strong>. <strong>A c\u00f4t\u00e9 de cela<\/strong>, ils ont \u00e9galement mis au d\u00e9fi leurs employ\u00e9s d\u2019atteindre des <strong>objectifs individuels durant le challenge<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Nager 30 kilom\u00e8tres<\/li><li>Marcher 125 et\/ou 250 kilom\u00e8tres<\/li><li>Courir 250 kilom\u00e8tres<\/li><li>Rouler 500 et\/ou 1.000 kilom\u00e8tres \u00e0 v\u00e9lo<\/li><li>Faire 250 kilom\u00e8tres avec un autre type d\u2019exercice cit\u00e9 ci-dessus (exemple : roller)<\/li><\/ul>\n<p>Les participants pouvaient s\u00e9lectionner le ou les objectifs qu\u2019ils souhaitaient atteindre et lorsqu\u2019ils y parvenaient, ils <strong>recevaient automatiquement une m\u00e9daille virtuelle de KeepMoving<\/strong>.
