Organis\u00e9 chaque ann\u00e9e en d\u00e9cembre, les organisations, f\u00e9d\u00e9rations ou particuliers peuvent \u00e9galement mettre en place un \u00e9v\u00e9nement caritatif. KeepMoving peut aider les entreprises et organisations \u00e0 organiser un challenge pour \u00ab De Warmste Week \u00bb avec leurs employ\u00e9s afin de collecter des fonds pour une bonne \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \u00ab Nous avons commenc\u00e9 l\u2019initiative KeepMoving pendant la Baloise \u00ab Warmste Week \u00bb. Nous avions initialement opt\u00e9 pour un objectif de 2.500 km. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la plateforme, nous pouvions tout suivre en direct et avons vite su que nous allions franchir ensemble le cap des 2.500 km. Nous avons m\u00eame finalement atteint 4 fois l\u2019objectif pr\u00e9vu.     \ud83c\udfaf Le challenge<\/h2>\n\n

    Baloise<\/strong>, Elia<\/strong>et Lantis<\/strong> ont chacun organis\u00e9 un challenge d\u2019entreprise<\/strong> pour leurs employ\u00e9s en novembre et d\u00e9cembre 2020<\/strong>. Ils ont chacun organis\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi pour leurs propres employ\u00e9s, ind\u00e9pendamment des autres entreprises. Cette \u00e9tude de cas explique les trois challenges car ils avaient le m\u00eame th\u00e8me : De Warmste Week.<\/p>\n\n

    Les employ\u00e9s ont re\u00e7u un code unique afin de d\u00e9bloquer le challenge sur la plateforme. Ils ont connect\u00e9 leur application sport ou appareil connect\u00e9 (ex : Strava) \u00e0 la plateforme afin d\u2019automatiquement synchroniser leurs activit\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re transparente. Il y avait un objectif d\u2019entreprise, ce qui signifie quetout le monde faisait partie d\u2019une grande \u00e9quipe d\u2019entreprise et qu\u2019ils devaient atteindre un objectif commun tous ensemble<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n

    • Baloise<\/strong> : 2.500 kilom\u00e8tres tous ensemble pour leur ‘Baloise For Life : Fit for Charity Challenge’<\/strong><\/li>
    • Elia<\/strong>: 40.075 kilom\u00e8tres (= distance \u00e0 parcourir autour du monde) tous ensemble pour leur ‘Fit4Charity Challenge’<\/strong><\/li>
    • Lantis<\/strong>: 100.000 minutes tous ensemble pour leur ‘Fit for Charity Challenge’<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n

      Les participants pouvaient marcher, courir, faire du v\u00e9lo, nager ou pratiquer d\u2019autres sports pour atteindre l\u2019objectif de leur entreprise. Mais le plus important, c\u2019est de les avoir mis au d\u00e9fi de travailler ensemble pour atteindre leur objectif<\/strong>. Durant le challenge, ils ont aussi re\u00e7u des updates de leurs progr\u00e8s au classement<\/strong>, ainsi que des informations, sur la plateforme. Un article de blog hebdomadaire<\/strong> inspirant les a motiv\u00e9s \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 bouger et les a sensibilis\u00e9s au bien-\u00eatre physique et mental de mani\u00e8re ludique<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n

      Pour ce challenge, nous avons concentr\u00e9 notre communication sur pourquoi et comment les gens plus motiv\u00e9s \u00e0 bouger (en tant qu\u2019une seule \u00e9quipe) quand c\u2019est pour une bonne \u0153uvre.<\/p>\n\n

        \ud83d\udd0e R\u00e9sultat et b\u00e9n\u00e9fices<\/h2>\n\n

        Baloise<\/strong>avait plus de 250 participants<\/strong> et a parcouru plus de 11.000 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> avec son entreprise. Ils ont d\u00e9pass\u00e9 leur objectif 4,4 fois ! En 12 jours, chaque participant a parcouru en moyenne 47 kilom\u00e8tres.<\/p>\n\n

        Elia<\/strong>a engag\u00e9 plus de 350 participants<\/strong> et a collect\u00e9 25.000 kilom\u00e8tres<\/strong> avec son entreprise. Ils n’ont pas atteint leur objectif (ambitieux) de faire le tour du monde en 22 jours<\/strong>, mais avec une moyenne de 77 kilom\u00e8tres par participant, ils sont tr\u00e8s satisfaits du r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n\n

        Lantis<\/strong>a recueilli 108.000 minutes<\/strong> aupr\u00e8s de 143 participants<\/strong> en 25 jours<\/strong>, ce qui signifie qu’elle a atteint son objectif d’entreprise. En moyenne, ils ont enregistr\u00e9 755 minutes par participant.<\/p>\n\n
